Marination
- 10 pieces chicken medium sized
- Salt as needed salt
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ginger, garlic, curry leaves and green chili paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp corn flour
Frying
- Vegetable oil as needed
Method of preparation
For marination
- Make a thick paste out of the ingredients in the ingredients list (except chicken).
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the paste and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes to an hour or two.
Frying
- Deep fry at medium heat till it gets well cooked from inside.
