Ingredients
- Ripe plantain – 1 medium sized – sliced
- Ghee – 1-2 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp (Optional)
Method of preparations
- Heat a flat-bottomed pan with ghee and spread the sliced plantains on medium heat.
- Fry the plantains on both sides by flipping them in between until they turn golden brown.
- Turn off the flame and serve hot.
