- Sausages/ Chicken franks – 5-6 pieces – sliced
- Salt – a pinch – to taste
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Chili powder – ¼ tsp
- Garam masala – ¼ tsp
- Meat/chicken masala – 2 tsp
Method of preparation
- Defreeze and wash the chicken franks/sausages and cut them to desired size.
- Marinate the chicken franks/sausages with salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam sala powder; or else marinate with meat/chicken masala instead of turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam sala powder.
- Heat up oil in a wok/pan and stir in the marinated chicken franks/sausages on medium flame.
- Fry it till the chicken franks/sausage turns crisp and tasty.
Tips & tricks
- Try slicing it just before the chicken franks/sausage are completely thawed, it will make it easier to sliced.
- Adding a few curry leaves,small piece of ginger or garlic will give a nice tinge of flavour.
