- Egg -1
- Onion – 1 small – chopped/ sliced
- Green chilli – 1 – chopped
- Curry leaves – 4-5 leaves halved
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Salt – a pinch- to taste
Method of preparation
- To a bowl, break and egg and beat till well blended.
- Add in the chopped/ sliced onions, green chilli, curry leaves and salt.
- Heat the pan with 1 tsp of oil and spread the egg mixture evenly onto the pan and cook both sides. And serve with preferred type of bread.
