Method of preparation

For marination

  • Make a thick paste out of the ingredients in the ingredients list (except chicken).
  • Marinate the chicken pieces with the paste and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes to an hour or two.

Frying

  • Deep fry at medium heat till it gets well cooked from inside.
