Ingredients
- Extract lemon / lime juice and ginger juice separately and keep aside
- Meanwhile in a pan heat up the sugar and water and make a thick syrup.
- Stir the lemon/lime juice and ginger juice into the sugar syrup.
- Store the concentrate in an airtight glass bottle and refrigerate it for further use.
- To serve the drink: fill in, 1/3rd of the glass with the concentrate and add in chilled water or soda.
