Ingredients
- Pudina / mint leaves – 5-10 leaves
- Green chili – 1-2 – chopped
- Cumin powder – a pinch – to taste
- Yogurt / curd – 5-6 tbsp
- Water – ¼ cup
- Salt – a pinch –to taste
Method of preparation
- To a mixer grinder, add in the above-mentioned ingredients all together and pulse twice or thrice.
- Serve cool with rice, roti or paratha.
Tips & tricks
- Stir in 1 tsp of lemon juice so that the leaves do not loose its color while grinding
