- Butter, melted : 115 grams
- Brown sugar 120 grams
- White sugar : 100 grams
- Egg : 1 large
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- All Purpose flour : 200 grams
- Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – a pinch
- Chocolate chips – 100 grams
Method of preparation
- Blend the melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg and vanilla extract till well combined.
- Sieve the dry ingredients and add it to the wet ingredients and mix till well combined.
- Add in the chocolate chips and, mix and set in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
- Scoop a spoon of the batter and bake at 170 degree Celsius for 5-10 mins.
