Ingredients
- Banana – 1
- Sugar – 1/4 cup
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Egg – 1
- Milk – 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- All purpose flour – 3/4 cup
- Baking powder – 3/4 tsp
- Salt – a pinch
Method of preparation
- To a mixy jar, add banana , milk, oil, egg, sugar and vanilla essence and blend well.
- To a mixing bowl sieve all purpose flour and salt.
- add the wet ingredients mixture to the dry ingredients mixture and and combine well till there are no lumps.
- Heat up a pan on medium flame and grease it with butter and scoop in the batter and cook the pancake on both sides till it turns golden brown.
- Serve it with a dollop of butter and pancake syrup
Tips & Tricks
- All purpose flour can be partially or completely be replaced with whole wheat flour for a healthier version of the pancake
