Ingredients
- Whipped cream – 1 cup
- Mango puree – ½ cup
- Mango cubes – 1 cup
- Gelatin (soaked) – 2 tbsp
- Strawberry – 2-3 nos
Method of preperation
- Prepare the whipped as per the packet instructions.
- Add in half a cup of mango puree and blend in till it is smooth and creamy.
- Stir in 1 cup of mango cubes and gelatin.
- Transfer them in to the serving cups and set in the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool.
- Garnish with sliced strawberries or any fresh fruits or dry fruits and nuts of your choice.
- Serve chilled.
Tips & Tricks
Mango puree
- To prepare mango puree, peel and pit the ripe mango and blend it till its smooth and sieve it through a strainer.
Gelatin
- Prepare as per packet instructions.
Mango cubes
- Cut the mango to cube shapes and refrigerate till it is used so that it stays fresh and doesn’t loose its colour or texture.
